Refunds may be available if:

  • The payment was completed but access or content unlock failed due to a technical issue.
  • The user did not receive the expected digital access.

Refunds are not available if:

  • The content was successfully unlocked or delivered.
  • The user interacted with or accessed the content.
  • The purchase was made by mistake.
  • The issue is related to external payment providers.

Virtual balance

Diamonds used within the platform are considered digital usage units and are generally non-refundable once used.
